The Human Resources minor allows students to gain an understanding of corporate HR strategy. This minor focuses on the critical functions of a human resources department, such as hiring, training, compensation, benefits, and employment law in addition to providing students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to understand contemporary human capital management.
